 s well known for its capability to address a wide range of pattern sizes a
 nd shapes. It has been demonstrated to be an efficient production method f
 or patterning resist layers with features ranging from a few hundred micro
 meters down to the nanometer range. This versatility has rendered UV NIL a
 n attractive solution for various applications in the photonics industry\,
  such as sensors for autonomous driving and waveguides for augmented reali
 ty\, where complex patterns and high-resolution features are required.\n\n
