At the begin­ning of the year, we are plea­sed to wel­come two new mem­bers to Opto­Net: Inno­vent e.V. from Jena and Laser­ver­bund Ber­lin Brandenburg.

For more than 25 years, the 140 employees at INNOVENT have been ana­ly­zing, rese­ar­ching and deve­lo­ping in the fields of sur­face tech­no­logy, magne­tic & opti­cal sys­tems and bio­ma­te­ri­als. They sup­port both small and medium-sized busi­nesses as well as large com­pa­nies in indus­try-ori­en­ted, appli­ca­tion-ori­en­ted rese­arch and deve­lo­p­ment work.

We would like to make the institute’s com­pe­ten­cies bet­ter known, initiate coope­ra­tion pro­jects and pro­mote the top-class event and trai­ning for­mats of the coa­ting specialists.

Laser­ver­bund Ber­lin-Bran­den­burg e.V. has been dedi­ca­ted to the regio­nal pro­mo­tion of laser tech­no­logy since 1993. For this pur­pose, the asso­cia­tion uses tra­di­tio­nal as well as modern event for­mats to orga­nize the exch­ange bet­ween prac­ti­tio­ners and sci­en­tists in the fields of rese­arch, deve­lo­p­ment and application.

We want to streng­then the coope­ra­tion bet­ween our two tech­no­logy regi­ons, pro­mote joint for­mats and mode­rate the pro­fes­sio­nal exch­ange bet­ween our respec­tive players.
