Fundamentals of Time and Self-Management

This training focuses on the key principles of effective time and self-management in the context of a Master’s programme. The main question is how you can plan your time strategically and set meaningful priorities in order to successfully balance academic requirements, internships or part-time jobs, and your Master’s thesis. You will learn practical methods and strategies to approach tasks in a structured way, organise your workload more efficiently, and improve your personal productivity in a sustainable manner.

A further focus lies on developing a conscious and professional approach to stress and pressure during intensive study phases. You will reflect on typical challenges such as time constraints, procrastination, or feelings of overload, and work on practical solutions that can be applied directly in everyday life. The goal is to support you in gaining more clarity and confidence in your studies while also building skills that will be valuable for your future professional career.

Training Topics:

  • Setting priorities & defining goals
  • Time planning & efficient work organisation
  • Managing stress & procrastination

He is responsible for team and leadership development programs as well as workshops for strategy and process optimization.
