Net­wor­king mee­ting and social gathe­ring to warm up for LASER 2023

In just a few weeks, LASER World of Pho­to­nics will open its doors again in Munich. We are in the start­ing blocks to spend a suc­cessful time with you there. The­r­e­fore, we would like to invite you and your inter­na­tio­nal part­ners to spend a nice evening with us at a tra­di­tio­nal Bava­rian restau­rant, to revive rela­ti­onships and to cele­brate per­so­nal get-togeth.

So that we can reserve a place for ever­yone, we wel­come bin­ding registrations.

VENUE AND DINING

We cor­di­ally invite you to beer and Bava­rian spe­cial­ties at the Hacker­haus in the cen­ter of Munich. We will announce this in due time! As always, the first round is on the house or Opto­Net, please plan the din­ner on a self-pay basis.

BOOKING INFORMATION

• The event can be boo­ked now. Dead­line for regis­tra­tion is 19.06.2023.
• For mem­bers of Opto­Net and our part­ner net­works the par­ti­ci­pa­tion is free of charge.
• After receipt of the regis­tra­tion you will receive a regis­tra­tion confirmation.
• In due time before the event we will inform you about the mee­ting point and admis­sion conditions.
• You can can­cel your par­ti­ci­pa­tion free of charge until 20.6.2023. For no-shows despite bin­ding regis­tra­tion, we charge mem­bers a no-show fee of 49 EUR.
• By sub­mit­ting this regis­tra­tion form, you agree to have your name included on a list of atten­dees that will be available to other atten­dees. Fur­ther­more, you agree that pic­tures of the event can be shown on our web­sites and our social media accounts, unless you expli­citly object before the event.
