SQuaD Work­shop | Appli­ca­tion of quan­tum communication

On June 12 and 13, 2025, the Fraun­ho­fer Insti­tute for Applied Optics and Pre­cis­ion Engi­nee­ring IOF in Jena is orga­ni­zing the inter­na­tio­nal work­shop on quan­tum com­mu­ni­ca­tion »The Quan­tum Bridge«. The aim is to impart know­ledge and prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in the field of quan­tum com­mu­ni­ca­tion and to pro­mote exch­ange bet­ween sci­ence, indus­try and politics. 

The work­shop is part of the BMBF-fun­ded SQuaD pro­ject and offers lec­tures by renow­ned experts as well as labo­ra­tory tours and hands-on ses­si­ons. The focus will be on cur­rent deve­lo­p­ments in secure quan­tum com­mu­ni­ca­tion and their prac­ti­cal applications. 

Par­ti­ci­pa­tion is free of charge, regis­tra­tion is requi­red by May 31, 2025.
