Advan­ced Micro-optics Tech­no­lo­gies GmbH is a sub­si­diary of AAC Optics Tech­no­lo­gies. The com­pany deve­lops and manu­fac­tures poly­mer micro-optics at wafer level and focu­ses pri­ma­rily on the con­su­mer elec­tro­nics, auto­mo­tive, robo­tics, auto­ma­tion and metro­logy tar­get groups.

As one of the few pro­du­cers of com­pon­ents with func­tional micros­truc­tures in Europe, Advan­ced Micro-optics Tech­no­lo­gies GmbH has estab­lished its­elf as a reco­gni­zed spe­cia­list for cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic optics for laser appli­ca­ti­ons – espe­ci­ally for solu­ti­ons for ori­en­ta­tion in the envi­ron­ment, for the detec­tion and iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of objects.
