The core area of eCe­ra­mix is the com­bi­na­tion of cera­mic sub­stra­tes with dif­fe­rent mate­ri­als for cir­cuit or func­tional car­ri­ers. The com­pany has many years of expe­ri­ence, par­ti­cu­larly in the field of low-sin­te­ring mul­ti­layer cera­mic tech­no­logy (LTCC). LTCC sub­stra­tes enable the use of mul­ti­layer elec­tro­nic cir­cuits under harsh envi­ron­men­tal con­di­ti­ons, which can also be very useful in opti­cal systems.

Cus­to­mers bene­fit from the com­bi­na­tion of dif­fe­rent tech­no­lo­gies: In addi­tion to the com­plete manu­fac­tu­ring chain for LTCC sub­stra­tes, eCe­ra­mix offers laser struc­tu­ring using pico­se­cond lasers, the pro­duc­tion of sili­con-cera­mic com­po­site sub­stra­tes using cera­mics adapted to sili­con and the imple­men­ta­tion of designs sui­ta­ble for high frequencies.
