After more than 10 years of sucessful coope­ra­tion, we are plea­sed to wel­come SP Trai­ning & Con­sul­ting GmbH from Jena.

The mana­ging direc­tor Michael Jahn and his ambi­tious team of trai­ners are spe­cia­lists for inno­va­tive methods of team and lea­der­ship deve­lo­p­ment and sup­port com­pa­nies in stra­te­gic reo­ri­en­ta­tion and pro­cess optimization.

Since 2010, they have had an inten­sive part­ner­ship with Opto­Net in the Opto­Net MASTER⁺ junior staff deve­lo­p­ment pro­gramme, for which Michael Jahn desi­gned the com­pe­tence trai­ning cour­ses and accom­pa­nied the stu­dents of the ten-year pro­gramme in topics such as team­work, pre­sen­ta­tion tech­ni­ques and con­flict management.
