SHINING A LIGHT ON THE FUTURE OF BIOPHOTONICS

Wel­come to the City of Light. Wel­come to #ICOB2024 in Jena.

Join us at the 7th Inter­na­tio­nal Con­gress on Bio­pho­to­nics (ICOB 2024) in Jena, Ger­many from 3 – 7 March 2024. This inter­di­sci­pli­nary event will bring tog­e­ther the most important figu­res in the field of bio­pho­to­nics, inclu­ding rese­ar­chers, tech­no­lo­gists, indus­try repre­sen­ta­ti­ves, medi­cal pro­fes­sio­nals, and poli­cy­ma­kers. Tog­e­ther, we will dis­cuss per­spec­ti­ves and trends, and pave the way for future deve­lo­p­ments in this exci­ting field.

One of the main focu­ses of ICOB 2024 will be on the trans­la­tion of rese­arch results into mar­ket-ready solu­ti­ons and pro­ducts for appli­ca­ti­ons in the life sci­en­ces. With around 350 par­ti­ci­pants expec­ted, this event is the per­fect oppor­tu­nity to net­work with peers and learn about the latest deve­lo­p­ments in biophotonics.

ICOB 2024 is orga­ni­zed by the Leib­niz Insti­tute for Pho­to­nic Tech­no­logy (Leib­niz IPHT) in coope­ra­tion with the Ger­man Society for Bio­pho­to­nics and Laser Medi­cine (DGLM), and pre­sen­ted by Biophotonics4Future. ICOB 2024 will host the X. Inter­na­tio­nal Con­fe­rence on Per­spec­ti­ves in Vibra­tio­nal Spec­tro­scopy (ICOPVS-2024) for the first time in Europe.
